The single largest contract within this round, valued at ₹55.91 crore, covers comprehensive external repair and painting work across 654 building blocks spread over sectors 2, 3, 8, 9, and 11 of the BSL Township in Bokaro. Alongside this, NBCC will also handle upgradation and maintenance of 500 residential quarters within the same township, a separate ₹9.05 crore assignment. Rounding out the Bokaro package are two identical shed construction contracts, each worth ₹23.48 crore, for crane-equipped storage sheds within the plant's general stores area.

Beyond Jharkhand, North Eastern Electric Power Corporation awarded NBCC an additional ₹11.21 crore for project management consultancy work tied to a township development at Umsawli, near Shillong in Meghalaya. This particular assignment, spread across a 21.66 acre site and structured as turnkey deposit work, isn't an entirely new contract either, its total value has actually grown from an earlier disclosed figure of ₹130.58 crore to ₹141.79 crore, with this latest amount reflecting that incremental increase.
Office Renovation and a Power Plant Dormitory
Two smaller but notable assignments round out the list. The Enforcement Directorate awarded NBCC a ₹5.86 crore contract for interior renovation and furnishing at its new Bhubaneswar zonal office. Separately, the Damodar Valley Corporation NBCC project involves constructing an officer's dormitory building at Mayabazar, within the DTPS thermal power station complex in Durgapur, valued at ₹15.99 crore.
