According to a regulatory filing dated January 30, 2026, the land will be used for a premium housing project. The estimated gross development value of the project is around ₹650 crore.

The company stated that this acquisition fits well with its long-term plan of buying land in areas that show strong future growth.

Secunderabad is one of the older and well-connected parts of the Hyderabad region. It has good road access, railway connectivity, and proximity to key commercial areas. Over the years, residential demand in this zone has remained stable due to its central location.
