Advanced ventilation systems, fire detection, smoke extraction, intelligent traffic management, and high-performance lighting will be installed. Construction is being carried out using a modern slurry shield tunnel boring machine. While the official completion target was December 2028, the state leadership has instructed authorities to complete it by June 2028. At present, around fifteen percent of the construction work has already been completed.
